I am writing to inform you that I will be leaving Kirk Hallam and Grangewood Dental Practices, completely, on 27 June 2008.

Recently, both practices were taken over by Integrated Dental Holdings and I have made the decision to end my association with the practices, which has lasted almost eleven years.

As a result of the acquisition of the practices and my subsequent move, I am no longer responsible for the provision of National Health Service Oral Surgery at Kirk Hallam and will no longer be involved with this service following the 27 June.

During my time at the practices, I have developed and directed an extensive National Health Service Oral Surgery Service at Kirk Hallam Dental Practice and an thriving Implant Dentistry Referral Service at both Kirk Hallam and Grangewood Dental Practices which I am sad to leave.

It is my intention to continue to provide an excellent high-quality implant referral service and private oral surgery in my new surroundings at Peace of Mind Natural Smiles Ltd in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my many referring dentists very much for the support of the service over the years and I hope that I have been able to provide my patients with a high-quality level of care.
